I had some self-induced bumps along the way, as well as errors by my former insurance agent, but they have been great, and always so polite! I also had a recent accident where they were incredibly prompt in helping! As an update, an additional repair had to be done due to a 3rd party tow company inducing damages. Oh my was this a huge issue with getting the 3rd party to accept liability and pay accordingly.
