"Brandon, after reviewing our records and the details of the call, we could not find any indication that you were contacting our office as a prospective insurance customer. You contacted us in your capacity with ADT to solicit business. During that call, our team member politely explained that we have previously reached out to ADT multiple times regarding issues with an account closure and final billing, and as a result we are not interested in ADT services moving forward. Because this interaction was not related to receiving insurance services from our agency, your review does not reflect a customer experience with our office and is not an accurate use of this forum."
